6th District Conference

Quota of Lake County is part of the 6th District.  This area includes the Ohio clubs.  Each year we get together in a different town hosted by one of our clubs.  We enjoy getting to see each other, share stories, ideas and fun.
This year our conference was held April 20-22 in Boardman, Ohio. It was hosted by our Salem Quota club. They went with an Olympic theme.  We had games, awards and trivia, all centered around the Olympics.
We had an intense discussion on the changes proposed by our International Board.
We were also honored to pass on the trophy for Club of the Year to our sisters in Wooster.  We have held the honor for the past 2 years and are proud to say Wooster deserved it as they worked so hard!
Several members from our club attended the conference.  It is really a great time to get to know each other better and enjoy.

One of our moments of Pride was when our own Kay was voted in as the Lieutenant Governor.  We are so proud of her.

Next year our Conference will be held in  Wilmont, Ohio hosted by our Orriville club.
